You have 14 ** calendar days to return an item, without any justification.
- Returns of used, handled, damaged, or unlabeled products will not be accepted.
- The shipping costs of the item to be returned will be at your expense.
- If for any mistake an article is sent other than the one requested. In this case we would bear the return shipping costs and send a courier to pick up the package.
Always, before making a return, you must contact us by following these steps:
- In the lower menu. Contact. Send an email with the subject Changes - Returns. Explain what items you want to change and make us the comment you think is appropriate.
- We will contact you by email or phone to explain the management. Look in the Span folder, lest our email has been cast there.
- Enter the items to be returned in a box for protection (it may be the same as they arrived) and seal it well. Inside the box you must go the invoice or delivery note of the order, and the item (s) you wish to return in its original box / packaging.
- Go to a post office (it is the cheapest) and send the package, either as a letter or package, it depends on the weight, but always certified, to ensure that they deliver it to us and do not leave it at one point of collection that we can not go to.
- Once the product is received in our warehouse, and verified that it is in perfect condition, the return is made. The return will be made through a voucher for the amount to be returned. It expires after 365 days, and can be used throughout the catalog whenever you want. Or refund of the amount if applicable.
